I don’t normally like a lace underlayer. It’s hard to do without looking tacky. This, however, is probably the best I’ve ever seen. Because it’s not tight. The construction of the skirt, with the volume, and then the strip of lace underneath that compliments the lace patches on the straps? Gorgeous. SO gorgeous.
