You’re not alone T, I got a slew of emails asking about this dress! It’s by Australian designer Alex Perry and if you can wait until the Resort 2014 collection, approximately around November, you can have it too! But let’s find some neon goodness to tide you over for now.
I don’t know what kind of budget you’re working with, but if you can drop a pretty penny then feast your eyes on this (1) beautiful Roksanda Ilincic. It’s got all the same colors that Sandy’s has!
