A lot of you have been asking me to find the “perfect” wedding dress. In all honestly I like to steer clear of these requests because a wedding dress is SO god damn personal.  However, I’ve had an overwhelming amount of beach brides looking for a casual but elegant dress, so I’m going to suck up my fear of ruining the most special day of your lives and give it a whirl. F-ck, while I’m at it I’m putting a budget of under 600.00.

Let’s start off with some long hemlines. The easiest and breeziest (literally) option is the ethereal goddess silhouette. Rarely does this style look bad on anyone, and this dress by Thread is simple yet lovely. The V neck line will be super flattering and I Iove the detail of the pinched fabric straps.

J Crew really does have some fantastic gowns for a sun kissed wedding.  It was hard to narrow it down but click here, here and here for my favorites.

ABS is known for ripping off high-end designer looks for less. I don’t know where they stole this design from, but it’s pretty hot. If you’re down to flash some major cleavage then this is the one to do it in.

Moving on to some short options…

Hands down this Aidan Maddox is my favorite. The slathering of sequins, the asymmetrical shoulder and that perfectly placed side waist tie….please, it’s a stunner.

For a more traditional look I found this beautiful lace dress by Theia on the Wedding Bells website.

If you’re looking for something more structured and sophisticated then click on the following links here and here.

Finally, for a wedding dress that will get you more than one wear, check out this Alice + Olivia art deco inspired number. Clip your locks back with a vintage comb like the ones I wrote about last week and you’re one step closer to being the most beautiful bridezilla anyone has ever seen.
