Love him.

Seth Rogen and Judd Apatow are currently promoting Funny People. Seth was on Howard Stern this morning and was asked about working with Katherine Heigl.

Let’s backtrack because I received an email today from Natasha W who told me I was too harsh for calling Heigl a bitch and for laughing about putting her face on a piñata at Lara’s stag last weekend and punting over the balcony.

Knocked Up made Katherine Heigl a legitimate movie star. How did she repay Judd Apatow? How did she show her gratitude? She did so by telling Vanity Fair that she wasn’t happy with the movie, that she did not feel proud of it, that it was “hard to love” because it was demeaned women.

AssTalk then went on to attack Grey’s Anatomy last year by withdrawing her name from consideration at the Emmys because she felt that the writers did not provide her with the material worthy of an Emmy. She also recently, on Letterman, told the audience that the folks at Grey’s were “mean” because they made her work a 17 hour day. Her supporters claim this was a joke. But it was eventually revealed by another writer and producer close to the Grey’s writing staff that the schedule was only set up that way to accommodate HER promotion commitments on The Ugly Truth which means she was complaining for something that was put in place for HER benefit. Is she a bitch?

F-ck yes she’s a bitch. An asstalking bitch.

And Seth Rogen and Judd Apatow won’t let her get away with it. Especially since The Ugly Truth isn’t exactly a film women can be proud of.

Said Seth: "That [movie] looks like it really puts women on a pedestal in a beautiful way.”

Added Apatow, "I hear there's a scene where she's wearing ... Underwear ...with a vibrator in it, so I'd have to see if that was uplifting for women."

When asked if it was a good excuse, that she’s in press for hours and hours at a time and probably at some point loses track of what she’s saying, Seth quickly shot back:

"I didn't slip and I was doing f*cking interviews all day too ... I didn’t say sh*t!"

Seth does put it in perspective though. They weren’t the only targets of her asstalking:

"I gotta say it's not like we're the only people she said some bat sh-t crazy things about. That's kind of her bag now."

Needless to say, they haven’t spoken since Knocked Up came out.
