I have a question and am not sure who is better to answer it. I have been working out a lot at a Karate dojo doing some really great, high intensity cardio kickboxing and punching bag workouts. I am loving the definition in my arms, legs, back etc. What I am NOT loving is the breakouts I seem to be getting. I was hoping you could recommend a post workout face wipe/cloth that is super quick that won't dry out my skin. 9 times out of 10 I have to rush off to pick up my kids or wait for their karate class to finish after mine before going home to shower properly. Any suggestions on great product would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for any help you can offer ladies!

As you start getting into an exercise routine your body is going to begin detoxing and your skin will be purging a lot of impurities, hence some dreaded acne.
Don't fret, keep at it, but take a few steps to support your skin and as everything re-balances you will be healthier inside and out for all your hard work!
What's in my gym bag? Well, I work with my good friends at Kiss&Makeup (it’s my favourite store and if they sold gym wear and groceries I probably wouldn't have to shop anywhere else) and they keep my face fresh and clean between all of my clients and my own training sessions. As I'm always trying to squeeze in a quick workout when I can, skin care is a must for me or else by the end I don't know whose sweat I'm covered in.
Skin care to go:
Kaia Naturals bamboo facial cleansers: Workout wipe down. DO IT EVERYTIME! ONE CLOTH becomes three different products: cleanser, toner and makeup remover.
Ren seaweed and sage shower wash: this is antibacterial and antimicrobial. Two very important distinctions to look for in a body wash. They fight sweat, grime and microorganisms that can accumulate in your workout items, such as your sports bras, which lead to clogged pores and backne.
Coola tinted moisturizer: SUPER important, even when you are breaking out. It's all about rebalancing your skin's PH. I love this tinted moisturizer from Coola, as I get my daily SPF, (which is important for me as I'm always getting outside on the sea wall to workout with my clients or for my own workouts), hydration and a sheer tint that helps even out any residual red cheeks post workout. This is critical, especially if you are having to head right back to work after, or if you are running around picking up kids and running errands ...as you never know who you may run into!
