She’s in a new movie. A Canadian movie. Written by a Canadian Liam Card (who hosted the first ever Smut Soiree – what’s up Liam!) co-starring another Canadian Eric McCormack and Smith Jerrod himself Jason Lewis. Lewis hit up the Marilyn Denis Show this morning to promote Textuality. The premiere is tonight in Toronto.
Why isn’t Carly more famous?

Anyway, Textuality opens in this Friday. The trailer is below. I honestly cannot imagine how to navigate it out there these days. Jacek and I first started to get to know each other over email. Long, long messages interspersed with short little notes through the day. And always at night, marathon phone calls. This probably sounds like how grandma used to date to the kids these days.
I get a taste of the modern love connection through Dylan. And while Dylan can drop a lyric without hesitation and make it sound hot, I KNOW how much effort it takes for the girls on the other end to send something easy and breezy back at him. They won’t admit it, but BBM tracks you like a satellite. I know. STRESS!
