Brad Pitt was in Mexico promoting Moneyball the other day with Jonah Hill and director Bennett Miller. The film isn’t due for release until September. Will it come to TIFF? The festival should be announcing their lineup soon.

Stop complaining to me about his hair. He looks HOT.

Let’s not fuss about his appearance though. Not today. Today we’re talking about a wedding. On the cover of Us Weekly.

The Brange to marry in the next few months?

That’s what they’re saying. The magazine cites three separate sources who confirm that it’ll happen this year, perhaps at their chateau in France and that it will be “intimate and informal” but no less official. But Brad has previously said they wouldn’t marry until EVERYONE can marry. And he also released this statement when the same-sex law was passed in New York a few weeks ago:

"It is encouraging that New York has joined the movement to grant equal marriage rights to its citizens. But it is each American's Constitutional right to marry the person they love, no matter what state they inhabit. No state should decide who can marry and who cannot. Thanks to the tireless work of so many, someday soon this discrimination will end and every American will be able to enjoy their equal right to marriage."

He also revealed, however, that his children were starting to ask about it more and more. That it’s becoming important to them, and that he and the Jolie have had to consider it more seriously:

"The kids ask about marriage. It's meaning more and more to them."

But while he might deny it, what really means a lot to HIM is an Oscar. So... if he were to make a run for it, a little wedding and all the frenzy that might stir up, that would be a nice little kickstart, non?

I dunno if I buy that this will happen. I do buy however that they’re enjoying SUGGESTING that it will.
