Victoria Beckham turned 40 on April 17. She’s a Tiger, by the way. So if I were Gwyneth Paltrow, an unlucky Rat in the Year of the Horse, I’d start wearing a lot more Posh.
To celebrate her birthday milestone, Posh and Becks were in London last night for a party at the Arts Club. Three Spice Girls showed up as well – Emma Bunton, Mel C, and Geri Halliwell. Emma and Mel looked hosed as they were leaving. Does Posh ever get hosed? Or is it too many calories? I wouldn’t think it would take much. Like the way you feel a buzz after only one sip on an empty stomach.
So it was a good time.
40 really is a good time. You think, when you’re younger, that 40 seems ancient. And then you get to 40 and you realise that in your mind you haven’t matured at all.
