So what’s the new pity?

Vince Vaughn and his wife Kyla had a baby girl on Saturday. Her name is Locklyn. She was born on Brad Pitt’s birthday. Sometimes the universe is such a f-cking bitch, non?

Here’s the thing about Jen though – we always give her the baby sads because that’s the assumption (that she’s driven) about what she wants. But does she really? To give up that body? And her freedom? The opportunity to shag any hot young thing beside Courteney Cox’s pool? Why would anyone want to walk away from that? If I were her, I wouldn’t.

But that’s not what the MiniVan Majority wants to hear. Especially not from their favourite actress. So...

She has to lie about it.

I really wish she wouldn’t. Again, as I’ve said so many times, the minute Jennifer Aniston starts representing Fabulous at 40! as “childfree and loving it” which, let’s be honest, is closer to home than what she’s selling, I’m her #1 fan. But when???
