The Vancouver Canucks advanced last night to the second round of the 2010 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs with a win over Los Angeles in Los Angeles. We have Canucks season tickets. Had a Game 7 been necessary, we would have been there. Unwillingly. Because it’s so much stress. Too much stress. Needless to say, I came home to a happy husband.

Cory Monteith was happy too. Cory is BC local. He’s still working his Canada Olympic gear. And by now he’s probably totally used to the LA Face all around. You see the woman sitting in front of him? That is LA Face. Like Larry King’s wife and every other Orange County home hag with a dash of Heather Locklear, LA is FULL of LA Faces.

We were at the Beverly Centre recently and an LA Face walked out of every store, every five minutes. Every movie producer is married to an LA Face, and every LA Face is f-cking an agent, or installing a nanny cam in her husband’s office, or planning her fourth 50th birthday party...

At first it’s trippy. And then it becomes frightening. LA is so f-cked.
