Years ago it was always a mystery, some of the things Amanda Peet would wear. And lately, maybe in the last couple of years, her style has changed – it’s great.
So I feel like last night at the CFDAs was a flashback to before. This is not a great dress. It’s the poor cousin to Zendaya’s glorious MET Gala Beauty & The Beast dress. Where she took a ball gown and made it so extra, it was almost obscene, in the best way, on that night, for that occasion.
Here, Amanda’s dress just feels… limp?
Maybe if the shoe was more interesting. And some hair with attitude. As it is though, there’s really not much here.
