Just another reminder – we’re dark tomorrow and Monday and will return on Tuesday, December 28. Wishing you and all our gossip partners a wonderful holiday weekend!

Anya Taylor-Joy served up some outstanding fashion moments in 2021 and the Fug Girls are looking back at the highlights. Most if not all of those style wins though came during her collaboration with Law Roach. Anya and Law are no longer working together so it’ll be interesting to see what her looks will be in 2022. Katy Perry’s Vegas residency begins in just a few days and for whatever reason there’s an orange toilet involved. Actually, no, the reason is Katy Perry. An orange toilet is exactly what I would expect on her stage – no shade. Toilets and dancing sharks go into her specific category of random. I actually really like this shade of orange on the toilet. I wouldn’t want an orange toilet because white is best for toilets, you need to be able to get a clear picture of what’s come out of you but my point is, that specific shade of orange is good. I have a raincoat in this shade and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever owned. (Dlisted)

The Queen will not spend Christmas as Sandringham and will stay in Windsor instead – like so many people who are changing their holiday plans because of Omicron spikes everywhere. There’s been all kinds of speculation about who will join her in Windsor; Prince Charles and Camilla are confirmed to be heading there. But Princess Anne will not because her husband, Sir Timothy Laurence, has COVID. We just set a daily case record today for COVID cases since the start of the pandemic in 2020. And I know we’re all tired of this sh-t but please, please be safe and please continue to mask up (by the way, experts say fashion cloth masks aren’t cutting it anymore and it’s recommended that we use the more effective masks like the N95). This is exactly what I needed before Christmas – Stephen Colbert’s crowd-sourced list of names for that piece of sh-t. Who? It’s obvious as soon as you hit the link. (Pajiba)

While Tom Holland’s third turn at Spider-Man is setting box office records, Joanna Robinson is appreciating Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man era. And he also benefits from the current Spider-Man movie because he’s in the running for an Oscar nomination right now for his performance in Tick, Tick… Boom! (The Ringer)
