A$AP Rocky honoured with the Style Icon award at the CFDAs eleven years after Rihanna received the same award

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky walked their first carpet last night since the birth of their third child Rocki Irish. They showed up in New York at the CFDA Awards where Rocky was honoured with the Style Icon award, an award Rihanna previously received in 2014.

I know you know this moment – because the outfit she wore became iconic too. Everyone remembers this.

And now, 11 years later, it’s Rocky’s turn. And he’s not being too cool about it either. Rocky referred to Rihanna doing it welllll before he did when he was accepting his award, and told the audience that it was her iconic status that inspired his.
