As we saw, Ben Affleck joined Jennifer Lopez’s family to celebrate her sister Lynda’s 50th birthday a few days ago and they were photographed kissing and hanging out with her kids. More images from that day have now been released (see them here) – this time of the entire group entering and exiting the restaurant and while, obviously, the kissing pictures were the money shots, these ones may actually tell us more about their dynamic and just how close and serious the relationship is…which… let’s not get it twisted, no one is out there thinking it’s casual.
Like we previously discussed, there is no way Ben would have attended if he was an issue. And looking at these photos, it’s clearly not an issue. He can be seen embracing people, and in a couple of the shots, he’s laughing and smiling with Emme, JLo’s daughter. In another shot, he’s standing with Max, so being around the kids seems to be, at least going from what we’ve seen in paparazzi photos so far, a pretty regular occurrence. According to E! News:
"Ben was very good with them. He was asking them questions and smiling," an eyewitness shared. "He was very engaged and seemed to like hanging out with them. They all left together and Ben opened the car door for the kids and made sure they got inside. He was smiling the whole night and seemed very happy with the family."
"Her kids really like Ben and think he's funny and fun to be around," continued the source. "He's totally won the family over with his charm."

JLo is clearly in the sun right now. But the thing about JLo (and that glow!) is that…well… when isn’t she in the sun, LOL? When they were younger though, well, even JLo fell out of Ben’s sun. It was a long time ago. A lot of growth has happened in those years. We are in the Summer of Bennifer. Keep the sun coming!
