I worked last night and then attended a work event so I couldn’t watch the World Series. When I checked the score, though, around 930pm or so my time, the Yankees were up 5-0. I f-cking love a green bean casserole. Which is why I’m cheating on my usual green bean casserole recipe and trying all of these ones. Can I just say though? I find cream of mushroom too bland – whenever I see a recipe that calls for cream of mushroom, I always use cream of chicken. Don’t yell at me. I’ve never served green bean casserole to a vegan.
