Have received several emails already today about the cut-ness of Cameron Diaz’s arms. Cam has always been pretty fit. And ARod likes his women fit. (Wasn’t his wife a bodybuilder?) And you know, Cam’s priority #1 right now is keeping him happy. So I guess she’s extra fit right now.

Here’s Cameron Diaz leaving the gym with her man in Venice today. I’ve seen these pictures directly from the agency, but I don’t blame you if you think they’re altered. That looks like her head on someone else’s body. Is it too much?

My personal preference is a female body that’s a little less… this. That’s my personal preference. I think it’s too…hard. Others however, like ARod, obviously get up for it. And I know a lot of people who would say, who would argue, that those who oppose body types like Cam’s, labelling them as “unfeminine”, are defining “feminine” by a sexist standard. I’m not qualified to get into that debate. But I will say that Cam’s body is in peak form. It’s been worked to the best of its ability. Look at how they train. With ropes and tires and sh-t. She’s asking her muscles to perform – isn’t that what they’re there for? Put it this way – I don’t ask my muscles to perform enough. Studies show that not enough of us do. In fact, I’ve dropped off the gym for 3 weeks. And seeing her so dedicated, so fit, I’m not sure I’m in a position to criticise her for “manly” arms.

Would love to hear your thoughts.
