These are short bell bottom pants on a full patterned suit that remind me of Madonna during Blonde Ambition. It’s a lot of look for one look. But, of course, she’s making it work. She’s even making it work with those one strap sandals. It’s the kind pants-shoes combination your kooky cougar aunt wears to a summer barbeque with a one-shoulder ruffle tank top and a lot of perfume.
