This Loewe dress on Catriona Balfe comes from the same collection as Zendaya’s body plate. That may have been the pièce de resistance but there are so many looks that were memorable, including what Catriona chose to wear on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, although maybe it’s a bit wasted on a talk show and not a red carpet. Then again, who knows when we’ll get red carpets again, although Belfast is going to be an Oscar contender so if we can get through this surge, we should be seeing a lot more style moments from her in the coming weeks. Kanye West very publicly begged his wife to get back together with him. That was… a month ago. Now he’s very publicly telling everyone, via social media (always a productive co-parenting communication method) that Kim Kardashian is blocking him from being more involved with their kids. Kim got her side of the story out there pretty quickly though – because, of course, Kris Jenner understands which outlets to use for what kind of coverage. I’ve not yet seen West Side Story because, well, I only leave my house to go the fish market and to see my parents once a week. I do very much want to see it though and Ariana DuBose is one of the main reasons – she’s going to be nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Oscar. She might just win it. And she definitely made her mark on Saturday Night Live this weekend when she hosted for the first time. Now here’s someone who should totally become a Five Timer. She was excellent. (Pajiba)
The British tabloids want you to know that Prince William was “incandescent” with rage over Prince Andrew’s situation, basically setting it up to give William some credit for the decision to strip Andrew’s titles and HRH last week. I mean, what credit is there, really? They had no choice. They waited until that was the only move.
