International treasure Stanley Tucci is releasing a food-related diary, which I am very into. There’s tons of celebrity cookbooks but his show was all about sharing the experience of food; cooking for others but also allowing others to share their food with you, which is important in so many cultures.

I like the idea that it’s not another standard list of recipes. (If you can't see the embed below, click here.)

For classic J.Crew collectors, Jenna Lyons’s stoop sale was a hot ticket. There was even a coverage charge (that went towards purchase) and partial proceeds donated to Planned Parenthood.

I have blocked out a lot of Requiem for a Dream because it was so disturbing. The film was a star turn for Jennifer Connelly and here she is talking about fighting with Jared Leto on set (they have since made up).

But that’s kind of Jared’s thing, judging by what a few of his co-stars have said over the years.

Lainey is a precise grocery shopper so I need her review of Kevin Bacon’s leisurely Sunday shopping trip. He went home without the item he went out for!

Andy Cohen was on Kelly Ripa’s podcast and talked about a movie star getting upset at his question and almost walking off. He gives a fair bit of detail and I’m not going to bother digging because the Bravo blogs will have this mystery solved by lunch.

Speaking of Andy Cohen, there was a time when Hilaria Baldwin was considered for Real Housewives. The thing with the Housewives is that is an established machine. The women are bent to fit the franchise; the franchise doesn’t bend to them. So that’s why it’s harder to bring in established names.

By going with TLC, the Baldwins probably have a lot more control. Though I agree with Sarah that it’s still a completely bonkers thing to do a reality show when you are on trial and have 7 children.
