Keith Urban might have “hard launched” Phoebe Bridgers and Bo Burnham but I think it was obvious they are dating? And it seems completely inadvertent on Keith’s part. What’s more interesting to me is that in addition to a new boyfriend, Taylor Swift also seems to have a new close friend in Phoebe and they both rebounded quickly with unexpected dudes shortly after a serious relationship with men who starred in a Sally Rooney adaptation.

Ryan Ken is a social media celebrity who will soon cross over to mainstream celebrity because of videos like this. The “col’ drank” took me out.

I wrote about this Addison Timlin’s Mother’s Day post yesterday and now she has changed her caption from “single mom” to “co-parent.” That means she read the comments. The tricky thing with using social media as a tool to build community is that after a certain number of followers, it devolves into personal fighting and the “devil’s advocate” types take over and just exhaust everyone. Then you mix in motherhood and it gets very heated, very quickly.

Justin Long and Kate Bosworth maybe got married and if you are wondering why they are everywhere, I have a theory: Justin is a reply guy. I always see his name in the comments under celebrity posts and lately, Kate has joined him there. They are a reply couple.

Ted Lasso’s third season is a storytelling clusterf-ck, which can happen with shows that burn hot in the first season. What’s more interesting is the incredibly defensive fan base that doesn’t abide any criticism because the show is about “kindness” and therefore anyone who doesn’t like the direction it has taken is a big meanie. This is part of a larger issue with fandoms, particularly those who tie characters to a code of morality. When the character (or TV show or superhero movie) is dissected by critics, a section of the audience receives it as a personal attack on their life choices when really some of us are just tired of the puns.

Brad Pitt launched a gin line and the PR around it has been pretty quiet considering how hard he usually goes when he wants a story out there.

Did you see the line for Chloe Sevigny’s closet sale? It was extremely long and while I can understand why people flocked there, Vogue makes a great point here: you can buy clothes but you can’t buy her style.
