Through the early part of summer, we tracked Dakota Johnson on the set of Celine Song’s Materialists, because her wardrobe was made up of enviable, wearable basics and everyone was into it.

Now, Elizabeth Olsen is filming in Vancouver, showing up in her own enviable and wearable basic, a GREAT white button down. Sleeves rolled up, collar creased just so, and it’s even exactly how I prefer to wear a button down—oversized. I wonder if this is The Row? They’re known for their basics, which is not to say The Row is basic, it isn’t. Anyway, Elizabeth Olsen has entered the enviable wardrobe chat, I want this shirt.

The film she’s working on is called Eternity, and it co-stars Miles Teller, Callum Turner, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and John Early. It’s about three people—played by Olsen, Teller, and Turner—who have one week to decide with whom to spend their afterlife. Eternity comes from writer Pat Cunnane, and it was on the 2022 Black List of best unproduced screenplays. It’s being produced by A24, which is interesting because they’re also behind Materialists. Two rom-coms about love triangles? Someone at A24 has a type. Though if you gave me the choice between spending eternity with Miles Teller or Callum Turner, I’m picking Callum Turner. He seems fun. Miles Teller seems like I would try to drown him in a punchbowl within a month.
