From one perfect specimen to another, here’s Elle in London late last week looking leggy and luscious and a lovely example that 40 really is the new 30. Although I learned from my British friends last month that many of them believe the lesbian rumours, we also know that Elle has a habit of flirting quite aggressively with the most inappropriate targets.
