Julie Christie is the frontrunner, followed closely by my Marion Cotillard who won the Cesar last night in France, but Ellen’s momentum is building, although the biggest knock in stuffy Academy circles about her performance is that she’s just a young spunky kid “playing herself.” Whatever.
