I really love what Jane Fonda says here about “no” being a “complete answer”. Because how many times have you felt that you needed to explain your “no”? Most women probably can relate to this. That you feel BAD saying no, saying no to something that doesn’t work for you. But somehow you’re responsible for apologising for looking after yourself. No is a complete answer.
