Not normally a fan of dresses with skirts that are longer in the back than they are in front. Here’s why I’m not minding it on Gabrielle Union –it’s nothing to do with the sheer strip in front either. It’s because she’s wearing the multiple length dress with a blazer. And the blazer falls slightly on the long side too. So it’s a buffet of different lengths, up and down, a flouting of conventional style rules. Which is why it’s working for me.
Her hair style is also working for me. It’s that rockabilly bangs look. They also call it bumper bangs. I’ve never tried it. And I’m not sure I ever will because I don’t think I could pull them off – but Gabrielle definitely can.
