So tonight is the night – Night 4 of the Democratic National Convention will conclude with Vice President Kamala Harris accepting her party’s nomination for president, it’s what the entire week has been building towards. And there’s been all kinds of speculation about who will show up.

My prediction is that Maya Harris will introduce her sister tonight. We’ve already heard from Doug Emhoff, and Cole, and Tony West last night, which leaves Maya Harris as VP Harris’s closest family member who has yet to speak. And then, of course, there are the performances. The Chicks and Pink have already been announced. But everyone’s talking about the hold in the schedule that is unaccounted for. They’re saying it’s labelled as “entertainment” but they’re not confirming who it is. Which is why everyone on the internet is wondering whether or not it’s Beyoncé or Taylor Swift… or both. Can you imagine? Are we all clowns at this point? While we wait for the answer to that question (which is probably yes)…

Let’s keep celebrating the gift that is Gus Walz! I’m still sobbing. His reaction to his dad, Tim, at the DNC last night was so pure, so wholesome, so adorable, so beautiful, SO EVERYTHING. There is so much goodness in the response to his goodness… if only that could be what defines us all. (The Cut)

David Beckham is talking about the difference that the docuseries has made in how he feels about himself. And I don’t not believe him because, yeah, it was worth looking back at how he and Victoria were portrayed in the media and treated by the British public all those years ago. But also, he’s out here with the microphone because the series has been nominated for multiple Emmys. Posh and Becks are going to the Emmys! Also there’s a similar docuseries in production about her life now. I’ll watch the sh-t out of it but, like, I wonder if she’s going to be as candid. (Pajiba)

The Acolyte will not be getting a second season which is a goddamn shame. It wasn’t a perfect show but it raised some new and interesting questions about the Star Wars Universe and that cast was incredible. Especially Manny Jacinto in his sexiest role – and we won’t be getting more for it. F-ck! So it sucks all around, and then the way Disney handled it? More f-ckery! ( The Mary Sue)

This might be one of my all-time favourite Julia Fox looks, and that’s saying something because even when she’s dressed batsh-t, I still love it. By her batsh-t standards, though, this is relatively tame. Underwear on the outside? This is nothing. There’s literally zero skin exposed. And I LOVE her hair and makeup like this. (GoFugYourself)

Sneaker heels sound stupid, to me. This might not be stupid for you and if that’s the case, I love that for you. But for me, this makes no functional sense and also no fashion sense. The shoes are UGLY. If you want to wear a sneaker, just wear a sneaker, like a normal sneaker! Or platform sneakers if you need the height – they’re more stylish than whatever these things are pretending to be, ffs. (Celebitchy)
