Like Lauren Conrad, Halsey’s abortion saved their life and gave her the opportunity to create life and give birth to their son. Once again, people have abortions for so many reasons – one of them is so that they can eventually have a family. This is not the narrative, obviously, that forced birthers are out there perpetuating.  (Cele|bitchy)

Another new couple alert: Chris Rock and Lake Bell. The first movie I think of when I think of Lake Bell is What Happens in Vegas…which, obviously, I’ve seen 40 times since it’s a rom-com. Lake is hilarious in it. Ashton Kutcher looks super hot in it. It’s a classic Cameron Diaz movie. And there’s Queen Latifah! Must re-watch, it’s been a while. (Dlisted)

I’m pretty sure I found this attractive on David Hasselhoff back in 1990 and … well… put it this way: I’m not unattracted to it now. This is a great outfit that has come back around in menswear and I can’t remember what that thing around his neck was for but I’m also fairly certain I had one. (Go Fug Yourself)

I LOVE Dustin Rowles’s message to “all my straight white male friends out there”. And while I don’t fit into that category, I want to be part of this effort. (Pajiba)

Equal rights means reproductive rights AND 2SLGBTQ+ rights. But increasingly there are transphobes making a distinction between the two, as if advocating for trans rights and protections has somehow undermined by reproductive rights and led to Roe v Wade being overturned. As Emma Specter writers, “inclusive language around abortion costs us nothing and makes the movement stronger”. (Vogue)
