Toronto is abuzz – L’Oreal Fashion Week is in full swing and this season, for the first time, The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada is presenting The Heart Truth Fashion Show, the signature event of The Heart Truth campaign, to spread its lifesaving message to Canadian women – and all women – through the power of the Red Dress.

Similar to the Red Dress Collection during New York Fashion Week.

The inaugural Heart Truth Fashion Show goes ahead tomorrow March 18, 2008 (auspicious numbers!) at 6pm at Nathan Phillips Square and will feature Canadian celebrities from film, sport, television, and music modeling red dresses designed by top Canadian designers including:

Pink Tartan
Arthur Mendonca
Andy the Anh
Paul Hardy
Jay Godfrey
And more…

Attached – this is the Marie Saint Pierre Sophie Gregoire will be wearing … a rather fitting selection for the woman who some say some day just might be our future first lady. And also the Tevrow + Chase that will be worn down the runway by Canadian Idol Eva Avila.
