I really, really love this outfit on Emily Carey. It’s an oversized blazer with a section across the midriff that acts kinda like a giant belt and then I love how the sleeves are pulled up to reveal a tight long-sleeve underneath and the big collar. Chris Rock’s Netflix special, Selective Outrage, is not the smash hit he may have hoped it would be – even if so many of his celebrity friends are lining up to congratulate him. As Melayna wrote the other day, his jokes were tired with the stank of misogynoir. Also? The performance energy was all off. You could FEEL him trying, too hard, too repetitive, he didn’t even sound like he believed his own sh-t, and if a comic doesn’t believe himself, the audience isn’t going to. But Chris is still trying to convince people he’s not obsessed with Jada Pinkett Smith. Not sure anyone is buying it. (Cele|bitchy)
