Dear Gossips,

Saw The Dark Knight Rises last night. Before the movie started I was strategising with Sarah from Cinesnark, who’d screened it two nights before, about what my possible bathroom options would be. She recommended the 45 minute mark. TDKR is 2 hours and 45 minutes long. I mean, it’s not unreasonable for a person who hydrates according to the prescribed hydration schedule to have to pee more than once during that time, you know? Anyway, if you’re going to see it, I recommend preparing your own strategy for that in advance. A full review of the film will be posted before the weekend.  

It’s awards nominations day. Naturally then there’s some celebration (yay Connie Britton!) and ... a lot of bitching (um, Big Bang Theory). There are a million categories at the Emmys. And somehow they still manage to leave out a million deserving shows and artists. More thoughts on the Emmys coming up.
