James Hong finally received his star on Tuesday, becoming the oldest person ever to be immortalised on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. If you don’t know him by name, I guarantee you know him by face and/or voice – because he’s been in everything from Seinfeld and Friends to Blade Runner to Kung Fu Panda to Days of Our Lives to Wayne’s World to The West Wing to Rush Hour to Call of Duty, like whatever your entertainment kink is, he has serviced it. Go look at his IMDb page, it just keeps going and going and going. Just like James who keeps going and going and going. He’s currently in one of the most acclaimed films of the year, Everything Everywhere All At Once, and he has at least five projects in post-production and he’s working on the series American Born Chinese…

 

The man is 93 years old! Check him out with the lion dancers during his WoF ceremony. 

James reportedly arranged for the traditional lion dance to be part of his event to celebrate his Chinese heritage and I almost cried when I saw these images because …well… it’s not like this happens all the time on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In fact, it rarely f-cking happens:
