She deserves a moment. More than a moment. I need to find this and make it happen for myself. Obviously I am all about the print. All about the high collar. THOSE SLEEVES. The length of the pants. But I especially love the waist. The high waist with the front tie belt. It creates a waist, if you want it, but I bet you it doesn’t feel constricted. Good choice on the white booties too.
Not sure about the bag though? Not sure all that fringe is working here.
