Tomorrow, Saturday January 12, is Kiss a Ginger Day! And it’s the 10th anniversary! Kiss a Ginger Day is an anti-bullying holiday founded by Canadian comedian and activist Derek Forgie. Derek is a redhead. And he created Kiss a Ginger Day because ginger kids were and still are getting bullied in school. Derek and I are colleagues at The Social. He’s our audience coordinator and if you’ve ever been to our show, you know he’s the energy and the buzz. To celebrate Kiss a Ginger Day, Derek is now in Ireland to attend the big Ginger meetup happening tomorrow in Dublin – join him if you can!
