Lewis and Kaia: Venice official

Lewis Pullman and Kaia Gerber have been dating since at least January of this year, which is when they were papped together looking unmistakably together, romantically. And they are still together, quite officially, as she joined him in Venice this weekend while he was there promoting The Testament of Ann Lee. More on this film later, for now we’re focusing on the gossip, because Lewis and Kaia were definitely not hiding. 

She didn’t walk the carpet with him so we can’t say that they’ve made their red carpet debut, but as you can see from these photos, there was handholding, and kissing, and shoulder kissing – these two are really, really into each other, in a pretty public way. And it’s hot. She’s hot, he’s hot, with a red hot career… Lewis and Kaia are good for gossip. And also, as I have already noted, Kaia Gerber does not know how to downgrade, at least not in the boyfriend department. 

From Jacob Elordi to Austin Butler and now Lewis Pullman, by this track record, she’s basically this generation’s Gwyneth Paltrow. Remember, Gwyneth was with Brad Pitt, and followed up with Ben Affleck, fresh off the Oscar win from Good Will Hunting, and then married Chris Martin when Coldplay was making their biggest hits. Like Gwyneth, Kaia Gerber dates men on the ascent – I respect her game. 

As for Lewis, professionally, he’s an Avenger now, and currently working on Doomsday, plus several prestige projects in both pre and post-production. Including the highly anticipated Spaceballs 2, in which he will co-star with his dad, Bill Pullman. Sarah was cautiously optimistic about it when they made the announcement a couple of months ago and if this hits, it’s another example of Lewis’s range from action to drama while he steadily builds his resumé, in small and big movies, television series, taking on both lead and supporting roles, still in that sweet spot of being respected and known in the industry but not yet a household name. And now making gossip headlines with his first celebrity relationship.
