The police say it was battery and vandalism. In other words, he smacked a bitch out for taking his picture and then probably tried to destroy the camera.

Right now, it’s believed Kanye lost his sh*t at the paps and let his temper get the best of him. TMZ has video of the incident and they will be releasing it shortly.

Those rage issues are getting the better of him.
