Nearly all of them do it at a certain point in their career and for some (like Mandy Moore) it becomes the main job and for others (like Jessica Simpson) it is short-lived. What’s great about this season of Hacks, and what the memes and the marketing aren’t really capturing, is that it’s a great examination of what happens when a person gets exactly what they always wanted. And it’s terrifying.
