Hugh Grant says he doesn’t want tabloid money – and I believe him. What he’s really after is the truth, exposing the truth about the British tabloids and the f-cksh-t and unlawful way they have in the past (and some believe still) go about their business. Ironically he has to take their money because he doesn’t have enough money to take it all the way to the end in court. The tabloids, however, have enough money to protect themselves. Kayleigh Donaldson explains. (Pajiba)
I am all in here on Lucy Boynton’s outfit… except … the sheer skirt. What’s the point here? Is it attempting a negligible amount of extra coverage because she’s wearing those tights? Which are amazing btw. That sheer layer just makes it all look so sloppy. And from the waist up, the look is SO not sloppy – it’s dramatic and chaotic and I love the makeup and the hair so, like, why f-ck it up with that sheerness? (GoFugYourself)
Have you heard about Red Lobster? This reminded me of the fact that I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in a long time. Will have to fix that, and from the sounds of it… soon. The biscuits get all the glory at Red Lobster, and they should. But please don’t underappreciate the shrimp trio and the lobster pizza. Which, come to think of it, I’ve never had in Canada. Do we not get the lobster pizza in Canada? (Hollywood Unlocked)
How has it been almost six years since Crazy Rich Asians, the movie, came out?! The bad news is… we are no closer to a sequel. The good news is, somehow even though they can’t get the sequel going, they’ve managed to make a musical! And the plan is for it to be on Broadway. I can’t wait to see what the casting will be for this. (EW)
Please, please, please tell me that people don’t take health advice from Kristin Cavallari. Because when it comes to sun care she’s an idiot. So let me tell you what I learned from a dermatologist about skin cancer. We mostly think that skin cancer develops where there’s exposure to the sun. But that’s not always the case. Getting too much sun without protection can lead to skin cancer in your puss. On The Social last year the dermatologist who was on our show told us that she had a patient come in and she discovered hidden melanoma in the vulva. So keep wearing that sunscreen. (Celebitchy)
