Keanu Reeves is still promoting The Matrix Resurrections, which means new Keanu content every day. We must enjoy these moments when they come, because when Keanu isn’t promoting a new project, he tends to disappear completely from view.

He appeared along with Carrie-Anne Moss and (virtual) Priyanka Chopra on fellow Matrix actor Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk, where fans got to ask questions of Keanu. One question is getting all the traction, and that is when someone asked Keanu about his favorite Halloween costume, and Keanu revealed that he once donned a Playboy Bunny outfit worn by Dolly Parton on the cover of Playboy. Keanu’s mother, Patricia Taylor, is a costume designer, and she made the bunny outfit Dolly wore on a 1978 issue of Playboy, which Keanu later turned into a Halloween costume.

PICS OR IT DIDN’T HAPPEN.

Look, we deserve this. We’re closing in on year THREE of a pandemic, sh-t is getting scary again, we deserve photographic proof of a young Keanu dressed up like Dolly Bunny for Halloween. But we’ll never see it. Of course not. Keanu wouldn’t be Keanu if he had that sh-t teed up for an Insta reveal.

Keanu is Keanu because if those photos exist, it’s like, one random Polaroid in a shoebox under someone’s bed, or maybe shoved in the back of a junk drawer. Keanu is Keanu because stuff like that is inaccessible. He might tell us about it, but he’ll never show it to us. We can only imagine what Keanu dressed as Dolly Bunny looks like, we must settle merely for the knowledge that it happened once. But it does beg the question, how did he get the bustier to stay up? Was Keanu laced into that sh-t super tight, or did he stuff the top?
