This is supposed to be Prince Harry. And you’re supposed to want to eat him. I don’t want to eat this. And I also don’t think it looks at all like Harry. It does, however, look like Santa aging backwards. Santa Benjamin Button. Or, as Kanye West would say, Santa Benjamin Buttons sh-t. Which makes this a heinous act. Meryl Streep says she really identified with Lady Gaga’s character in A Star is Born so now I wonder if they’ll start recruiting Meryl for their campaign. Would Meryl vote for Gaga over, say, Glenn Close? Or will she vote for Olivia Colman? Remember, Meryl once called Olivia “divinely gifted”. They worked on The Iron Lady together. If I had to bet, I’d say that Olivia is the one who’s getting the Meryl endorsement. This is based on nothing but gut. (Jezebel)

No surprise, Matt Damon is campaigning for his good friends John Krasinski and Emily Blunt. He has influence, this a good ally to have. But… I’m not sure about his strategy here? He’s talking about John being held back from movie success, or something, because he was on a successful TV show and played the same character for many years? YES. Yes, yes, yes! This is a terrific suit on Hailee Steinfeld. Beautifully tailored, I love how it’s tied in the middle, I love the length of the pants, and if I had to change to anything, I would have picked a pair of white pumps instead of black. Golden Globe nominations are coming on Thursday. And, as we know, sometimes the nominations are f-cking weird. Vanity Fair says this “quirkiness” of the Globes is actually a good thing most of the time. I don’t totally disagree. But can we all agree that The Tourist’s nominations cannot be defended?
