If there’s a criticism of this look on Laura Harrier, it would be that it’s probably on the casual side. I don’t have a problem with it at all. I love the pleats. I love how it flows off her body. I like that she was for sure very, very comfortable. And this colour POPS.
What would you call this? A dull orange? It’s not very bright, like she’s not blinding you or anything. It’s not at all LOUD. But it is light, and fresh, and it’s just so pretty against her skin tone. This is a shade I generally avoid. But she’s convincing me here to give it a shot because it makes everything glow around it. And the side part with the hairpiece and the makeup are just perfect. PERFECT.
Have you seen BlackkKlansman yet? If you have, you know what I’m talking about. When Laura is on screen, you cannot take your eyes off her. And she looks amazing in everything she wears. I really, really hope we see her at the Oscars.
