The Desperate Housewives have all but disappeared from awards shows. In their place – Lea Michele as the new Eva Longoria. There will be ruffles, there will be a train, and above all else, a naked ambition to be the star, the only star. Lea Michele is Rachel Berry. How utterly unoriginal.
So Rachel Michele showed up in green Catherine Malandrino and a plunging neckline. Eyecatching, of course. But Catherine Malandrino? How very Michelle Obama. Like J Crew for a talk show, Malandrino on a red carpet is considered rather affordable. TV girl wardrobe for movie girl ambitions.
Well, at least it’s a winning show. How about Glee!!!???
