This is Mandy Moore today at Barneys in Beverly Hills. She’s single now. And the acting thing has dried up so Mandy’s going back to music. At least that’s what she says on her blog. I like her blog. It’s better than most dumbass celebrity blogs. Mostly because she doesn’t say much, although she did say that she’s just completed a new album and can’t wait to share it. Hopefully there’s a better title though. Her previous release was called Wild Hope. Yes. Exactly.

2008 was a sucky year for Mandy. 2009 promises much better. She was born under the sign of the Rat. Like my dad. And I’m an ox. And the Year of the Ox begins on Monday! For Rats, 2009 is supposed to bring generally good things, except there may be a lot of squabbles ahead. Mandy will need to hold her temper, resist the urge to bitch slap some reality whore on a red carpet.
