I can’t believe I missed this yesterday. Mimi is magic. So of course she has a magical chair with an invisibility cloak. Mimi’s mischief is managed! Some people are trying to apply science to Mimi’s magical chair but, to me, this is a stupid exercise. This is a woman who will find solutions to not walking. The only muscles that matter in Mimi’s world are her breasts (yes, I consider her breasts as muscles because she works them constantly) and her voice, when she’s in the mood to actually sing. It’s true. People still care a lot about Titanic and approach it like it’s the Marilyn Monroe of movies, where every small detail results in a headline. This is, because, Titanic was a massive box office smash. Like the highest grossing movie, blah blah blah. How come I don’t give a sh-t anymore about it though? Is it just me? Is it because I can’t with Leonardo DiCaprio? You know what else came out in 1997? I mean a lot of movies. But two of them in particular: Face Off (!!!) and My Best Friend’s Wedding (!!!). Can we please find out more about both of these movies the way we have to find out so much more about Titanic? Matthew McConaughey could have been in Titanic. But WHOOOOO could have been in My Best Friend’s Wedding? What if Matthew was Dermot Mulroney? (Cele|bitchy)

Matt Lauer is no longer on the Today show. But people watched a LOT of the Today show as soon as it was announced that he was booted. Obviously because people wanted to see how they’d handle the situation. Going forward though… will people stay and keep watching? I guess it depends who replaces him.
