By movie star standards. Both of them.

Matt Damon and Clint Eastwood were photographed today and yesterday in London shooting a new movie called Hereafter. Damon has just been nominated for a supporting actor Oscar for his role in Eastwood’s Invictus. And he also just came off filming The Adjustment Bureau in New York. He will be promoting another movie Green Zone later this month for a March release. And he has several projects in development. Damon projects don’t usually languish in development hell forever either.

BUSY.

As for Damon’s chances, well, he’s up against Christoph Waltz, the predicted winner, and if you’ve seen Inglourious Basterds, you know why. He’s TERRIFYING. He also gives the most incomprehensible acceptance speeches ever although his statement upon learning of his nomination was surprisingly straight forward:

"What does it mean to me? The Oscar is like more than an award. It's more than a statue. It's like a whole concept of reality. It's not something to necessarily be aspired to, because it's beyond my reach. It's something that descends on you. I was explaining to my daughter this morning, what it is. She asked, 'What are they talking about?'" I haven't wrapped my mind properly about it yet." — Donna Freydkin USA TODAY

For the Oscars proper? Expect something much more oblique.
