Hayden Panettiere had dinner with her brother, her mother, and her boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia last night. Very cozy. And creepy. Like…it’s legal now and all but if JailBait Miley Cyrus’s 20 year old boyfriend is a loser for dating 15 year old who just turned 16, what does that say about Milo and Hayden’s 31 and 18?

Anyway, photographers were quick to point out that Hayden’s dad was not with the family, this of course after the beat-down scandal after which Hayden and her mom downplayed the incident, blaming the cops for overreacting.

The police ended up charging him with misdemeanor battery.
