Mischa Barton called in to Seacrest this morning in an attempt to explain herself. Mischa owned up to the fact that she attempted to murder someone with her car when she drove drunk over the holidays and was pulled over.

“I was pulled over…just that. Obviously I’m 100% responsible for my actions in this case and I’m really disappointed in myself, I… I don’t know what to say about it except that I’m not perfect and I just don’t ever intend to do something this stupid again.”

Interesting enough, when asked about now being further associated with the likes of Lilo and Ebola and Nicole Richie, Mischa said she regretted being associated with:

“those types of girls” since “I feel I got my head on my shoulders pretty good”…clearly showing her disdain for Paris Hilton but isn’t she friends with Nicole??? You decide… click here for the clip.
