I received an email today from a reader called Shannon:

“Hi Lainey! I love you but why don't you love Nicholas Hoult??!!!!”

How could I not love Marcus? I saw About a Boy with a very good friend of mine and it had been a sh-tty day and we hit the movie and it was 2 hours of relief and we came out of there feeling so much better. As such, Marcus and I, and Hugh too, we have a fond association.

Marcus is all grown up now. If you’ve watched Skins, you know what I mean. Nicholas Hoult is very busy these days. He worked with Tom Ford and Colin Firth on A Single Man and after dabbling on the indie tour, he can next be seen in what’s expected to be a major blockbuster, Clash of the Titans.
