They may be laywered now but something tells me…somehow they will leak.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo were on holiday in Mexico at a private resort – supposedly some photographer was able to zoom in on them going at it hardcore in the Jacuzzi. Like Hard.Core.

Reportedly a variety of bendy positions, so sizzling, so dirty they’re apparently right on par with One Night in Paris…only without the night vision lighting and Vanessa looks like she’s a more interested participant.

A low ranking tabloid printed in the PG version of the photos this week but the triple X ones have now been locked down by the couple’s attorney – none other than Hollywood legal pitbull Marty Singer who has written to each and every publication threatening action if the photos are purchased and printed.

Ok so now I totally want to see. Is that pervy?
