Again last night Penelope Cruz stepped out in NYC for the Spanish Institute"s Gold Medal Gala wearing strapless and blue and a big bow this time higher up her back.

Is the bow repeatable? Even if it’s repositioned? Especially when everything else including material is the same but for colour?
