Today, Penn Badgley (with boring Blake) showed up on the set of Gossip Girl Season 3. He’s grown out the sides. And he too has officially joined the Elf Epidemic. All the young men these days, all of them so pretty, and elfy, all of them of no discernible gender. Totally asexual. And it still doesn’t help his face fit his head. Why is it so curiously small? Freaks me out.
